Shipping policity
Shipping costs and information:
A dispatch of the commodity is possible by default only into the countries specified below. Your order will be shipped by DHL. The shipping costs incurred in each case can be found in the table below.
If you wish to ship to another country, please contact us before placing an order via the contact form and tell us the items, the desired quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country.
I. Shipping within Germany:
For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of 5.90 Euro per order. From a gross order value of 60,- Euro we ship free of shipping costs

Delivery periods
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2 - 5 days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 2 - 8 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment order).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
Information on deliveries outside the European Union
In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
