The easiest and fastest method to determine the body fat percentage is the YMCA measurement by tape measure.

For the calculation the YMCA method uses only the body weight and the abdominal girth. These two values should be determined in the morning, immediately after getting up.

The YMCA measurement is suitable for both men and women.
